The Phaistos Disc is a disk of fired clay from the Minoan palace of Phaistos on the island of Crete, covered on both sides with a spiral of stamped symbols. Its purpose and meaning remain disputed.

︎ Phaistius︎ is a pictogram font designed for the Hellenic Archaeological Receipts Fund, in order to be used for the design and production of various objects, to be sold at the museum shops.



︎ Phaistos Disc is a Unicode block containing the characters found on the artefact.


︎ The pictograms were used to create various graphic compositions, in order to be applied on object such as t-shirts, tote bags, scarfs, mugs etc.
